I, W.M.P. Wijesundara after completing my Advanced Level studies, I choose the field of constructing tube wells to success my dream to be a businessman that I had since my childhood. I joined with a senior hydrologist Mr. G.M. Jayathilaka who is the owner of the “Hydro Geo Technician” at Wariyapola area in 2002 to gain the basic knowledge for constructing tube wells. During the period I had an opportunity to learn all the things related to the field of constructing tube wells such as drilling tube wells, pumping test, pump illustration, purifying deep tube wells, testing water level, underground water testing by using new technologies. After joining with the company as an employee, I got promoted to the posts of "Machine operator" and Supervisor as I was serving actively and dedicatedly for the company. By serving 1500 tube wells within 6 years I got many experiences about the filed.

After that I got a chance to work in foreign countries to broad my knowledge in this filed. First in Qatar a job in the same filed, after that in a gold mining project in "Murtheniya" situated in Africa and same as a job of testing gold samples by drilling. I came back to Sri Lanka, after gaining more experiences and knowledge by doing jobs that related to this field after 2 years. After that I worked 4 years at the “Geo Water” Institute as the Technical Officer and served about 500 tube wells. At the “Geo Water”, I improved my knowledge and qualifications related to tube well construction filed. After serving at the “Geo Water”, with my all knowledge and experience, I started my own business as “Water pumps and Electrical Engineers” in 2014. From that point onward overcoming obstacles, I have developed my business as a successful business by constructing over 1600 tube wells.
